Per Petroltecnica aderire alla Responsabilità Sociale significa credere che ogni azienda è un formidabile moltiplicatore di esperienze, capacità organizzative, competenze tecniche che possono essere utilmente impiegate anche in progetti sociali.

Per Petroltecnica aderire alla Responsabilità Sociale significa avere a cuore la propria reputazione nei confronti dei diversi stakeholders, nella convinzione che un comportamento virtuoso sia premiante anche sotto il profilo imprenditoriale.

La partecipazione attiva a progetti di responsabilità sociale permette ai dipendenti di vivere l’azienda in maniera più coinvolgente e crea una maggior motivazione e fidelizzazione delle nostre persone nei confronti dell’azienda.

Dal 2003 è attivo nella nostra azienda un Pool di Solidarietà composto da dipendenti di diversi settori e
livelli. Rivolto a un impegno nel sociale sul nostro territorio e su scala internazionale, il Pool accoglie
comunicazioni, richieste e proposte di collaborazione in merito a progetti che riguardano le linee direttive
di Ambiente, Solidarietà, Cultura, Pace e Protezione Civile e valuta in assoluta autonomia quali sostenere.
Negli anni successivi, per stimolare il coinvolgimento diretto dei dipendenti, l’azienda ha deciso di
includere nei costi dei progetti anche il viaggio di dipendenti e collaboratori, che scelgono di investire il
proprio tempo libero in lavoro di volontariato sulle attività sostenute dal Pool.
